This particular one was relevant due to a huge number of new visitors from Stumbleupon over the past several weeks.That said, I don't expect it to be a permanent change by any means. Just a small experiment that's part of a grander scheme - more to come. :) Glad to see a few folks are paying attention. :) Actually, I’ve been playing around a bit with a plugin that lets me pin any post(s) to the front page. This particular one was relevant due to a huge number of new visitors from Stumbleupon over the past several weeks.

I would love to be able to walk down the street and lay down the required cash to have one.
